REQUEST FACILITY TURNOVER PRICINGDismantling support for pallet rack, shelving and related storage systems. Work areas, sequencing, equipment needs and material handling responsibilities are defined before mobilization.
Coordinate sorting, staging, loading and removal of material within the agreed scope. Establish access, loading areas, transport responsibilities and removal deadlines with your team.
THS can evaluate qualifying used and surplus material for purchase and resale. Material value and removal costs are reviewed separately and identified in the proposal.
Facility exits involve deadlines and specific obligations. Share the relevant landlord or facility requirements so THS can identify the work it will perform, any exclusions and the expected condition of the agreed work areas at completion.
Building repairs, floor restoration, cleaning and other trade work are included only when expressly identified in the agreed proposal.
Keep your customer relationship at the center while THS supports field execution. We coordinate scope, scheduling, customer communication and progress reporting with your project contact.
If material is moving to another facility, discuss teardown and reinstallation together. If material is surplus, request an acquisition evaluation alongside the removal pricing.
